I want to give a huge thank-you to this practice. Not once, but so many times, Hector has given me helpful advice, and Irene’s love for animals is truly a blessing. Their kindness and genuine care for our furry children always shines through. I will always use this practice because, for them, it’s clearly about helping animals—not about the love for money. Thank you so, so much for everything you do.
Dr Hector is an caring and amazing vet. He is a wonderful human being too. I highly recommend him! If I could give 10 stars I would. The care he has shown our labrador is a testament to his character. 100% the best!
Unfortunately I can't give more than 5 stars otherwise I would. Dr Irene and their staff were absolutely amazing in every aspect, my rescue was so happy to be there and was even excited to go for a post-op checkup, a dog being happy and comfortable says it all, thank you guys for being so amazing!
Thankyou to Dr.Hector,Dr .Nel,the reception lady's and all other staff.I havent got words on this painfull day when we had to put our kitty down. But with there amazing knowledge, that was shared with us regarding our cats bloodtests,as they made a huge effort to discuss all results, it was easier for us to accept the circumstances of our cat. Please, if you care about your pets health, get him to the vet that have the exsperience and do the effort.Make the right choice for your pet.Thx Whalecoast you are a great team.
Dr. Hector and his team are exceptional! The workspace is very clean, and their passion and friendliness truly stand out. I would gladly drive across South Africa to bring my pets to him! Thank you so much to the entire team, and Bonnie sends her thanks as well!
