Animaland Animal Hospital

The receptionist is very unprofessional, rude and plain dumb. You can barley hear what she is saying and can't speak in full sentences. Shes really in the wrong profession. My doggy is in the hospital by them you don't know what is going they do not communicate with each other. There is another doctor there besides the one who admitted my baby, he/she couldn't even come to out to give us feedback. We're were just told that the doctor who admitted my baby will be back on Monday. We are waiting for blood results since yesterday, they don't have them after marking it as "urgent". When I asked them why don't they phone for the results, the useless receptionist just told us no she can't it done on a system. She didn't even try. When we got there today she googled what could be wrong with my baby which is a fatal desease, even though he's looking better today. We have to wait to see see my baby whilst she quickly run to the back slamming the door in our face. I would not recommend them.

Amazing service and friendly staff that's very professional.

Had an emergency after their closing hours. They waited for us coming from a neighboring town to assist us. Thank you so much

We rescued a kitten that was ran over by a car and took him there to get the necessary treatment. We made it CLEAR multiple times that we want to adopt it. We checked in every day on the wellbeing of the little one. They phoned a few days later and told us the kitten was given to someone else. That's terrible

Definitely not doing it because they care, it's purely business. Our first experience with them was when our neighbors dog got caught on some palisade fencing, with the bleeding dog on the back of our bakkie, they first wanted to know who will be held liable for the account before even looking at the poor dog. Our second experience we had a lost dog show up our front door, asked everyone on our block but no one could tell us who the owner was, I was late for work and due to an open yard we did not have any space to keep the pup. I phoned them asking if they could keep the dog for the night. They said yes but when we got there the vet refused to assist sending us on our way, telling us to leave the dog in the street he will find his own way.

Awesome team of people. Took my dog baby there for an emergency operation. And they handled it awesome. Always take her there for wash and grooming as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
