Sedgefield Clinic

If this clinic was an indication of Healthcare in South Africa, the Healthcare service would be the best in the world. Yes, there was waiting time but this was definitely not a problem, as the clinic is clean, beautiful and well equipped with chairs, all in good clean condition. From the reception to finally collecting my medicine, was done friendly, accessing and treating me every need. When I arrived in Sedgefield my experience was the unfriendly help at popular stores in town. I felt apprehensive to go to a clinic. But today changes my mind about humanity. Thank you to all the people working at the clinic, this was surely a 5 star experience.

I had an appointment with the OT this morning @ 11:00. I was there @10:00 already. Only to be told the OT had ready left. I tried to see Sr Zondagh, but she was on her tea break. This is unacceptable behaviour for the OT. Now there is no new dates available as yet!!! I have waited nearly 3 years to see the dentist with no joy! What am I supposed to do in this situation???!?!?!

Google says that they are open on Sundays, which they are not. I'd recommend an update

Nurses give great service. Chemist gives awesome service, but the waiting period for seeing the Dr is ridiculous. Either stert seeing patients earlier, or get an additional Dr. One is not supposed to wait for longer than 3 hours according to their notices. One waits here for at least 4 to 5 hours, or longer. Not good😔

Excellent service! Everything was so clean and the staff are so professional and friendly.

Send sick people back home because of l was new . It was bad experiance .
