I can only speak for my self and my pets, we have never received anything but good service and professionalism from the vets, we recently had two visits to Vanderbijlpark Animal Clinic, it was not the diagnosis we where hoping for but Dr. Adriaan was helpful and caring with my dog and explained everything in a understandable manner and what our next steps are moving forward. You can tell by his demeanour, patience and actions he does care for animals and their well being. I will gladly take my pets to them in the future. The reception and general staff are also helpful and friendly. Thank you for the excellent service and excellent work you do.

In comparison to other vets in the Vaal they are much better priced. They also allow for credit which can be helpful at times. I have a feeling they truly care about animals and are not money hungry like most vets. They enjoy helping animals instead of seeing pets as great sources of income. Thank you.

Today was a very sad day for us. We had to have Charlie our rescue English Bulldog put down due to health related complications. This is truly the best veterinary clinic/service/vets in the Vaal Triangle. No pressure to pay your account immediately like most of the other so called "veterinary clinics". For them it is about their patients and given them the best possible care. Thank you so much Doctors Louw and Van Der Westhuizen ❤️❤️❤️

We took a kitten (5 weeks) with which liked sniffles and Dr. Botha helped us in room 1. He can not look you in the eye when he speaks to you. He couldn't tell us the sex of the kitten. He didn't weigh her didn't let us know if there was a fever. Didn't tell us what was wrong. He took her to the back and said that he gave her antibiotics and things for vomiting. He gave us pink antibiotics to start with this morning. We told him that the kitten is not eating nor pooping but the pee is bright yellow and the kitten is smelly. He said that we must give it the Hills Intensive Care which we did. He also told us that the kitten will be fine. But when we got home it went all downhill from there we tried 28 times to contact the emergency number without success. The kitten past away around 0100 in the morning. In my honest opinion the Vet was very unprofessional and really mustn't practice any further.

Amazing service from start to finish! The vets and staff took such wonderful care of my senior dog, always going the extra mile with follow-ups and clear explanations. They’re friendly, professional, and available on the phone for emergencies. Special shout-out to the receptionist who stayed calm and friendly during the festive season rush — truly impressive! I highly recommend this clinic… and my dogs do too 🐾💖

My dog has parvo (6 days) - misdiagnosed. Had my small dog there 09/10/25 and the people there was so helpful and friendly. Today (10/10) my dog is already eating by herself, try to play and is almost her old self again. I just want to thank them sooooo much for their service and the help and the further on advice. So MUCH appreciation!!!! ❤️

I found the Vet fair to favourable on pricing. Don't want to penalize his rating or my appreciation for the fact that I was calling for 3 days for a detailed invoice and the Receptionist kept promising to send it now and never happened so I've missed my claim back opportunity quite frustrating but my Dog was repaired thank you kindly
