Vos Gunshop & Shooting Range

I just want to share my experience I have had with Vos Gunshop. I'm a owner of many firearms and over the years I've bought firearms, equipment, ammo etc etc st many differnt firearm dealers and also visited many different shops. Recently I've bought a rifle from Vos Gunshop and I must say never ever in my whole life have I experienced the service that I've had with Vos Gunshop. Their knowledge are unbelievable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to help you, nothing is to much for them, all of the admin you need they have it and you will receive it very fast without any problems. I don't care where I stay or where I am from now on I will buy all of my products at Vos Gunshop even if I must drive 5 hours to get to their shop. For me Vos Gunshop is the best there is. Vos Gunshop thank you ,thank you that is all I can say is thank you

As a first time shooter it was such a nice experience 🙏❤️ the team always ensure safety they are friendly and patient. I really enjoyed and would definitely recommend to anyone looking forward to do their competency.

Dear Vos Gunshop Team, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the amazing experience I had today at the ladies' shoot for GBV. The training and welcome we received were top-notch, and the gifts were a lovely touch. Your professional and friendly service truly made the event special. Thank you for empowering us and making us feel confident and supported. We truly appreciate your dedication to providing an excellent experience. Best regards, Mariaan

Had the best shooting experience of my life,it was such an amazing experience❤️...very welcoming employees from reception to instructors, safe and warm environment💯👌❤

Worst service I have ever experienced. I will never buy from them. That is not what happend and you know it. I wanted to walk to your door or just outside with your saleman, with the opened scope and look down atleast 100m but your arrogant statement said it all. BAD SERVICE!!! Don't warry I came right at Champion in three rivers just down the road from you. I say again I won't buy from this place and I will also refer Tugela - Sydney what a hell of a nice guy.

If I want to buy a knife and the salesman asks me if I am interested or just want to look, then I know I am a waste of his time. The service was not good. It's not my fault that the staff has to work. I spent my money elsewhere for today, thanks. And, since I work in sales myself, here's a little free advice: A happy customer is a returning customer. If you don't want to do business, no matter how little, the next shop will take your customer. Edit: The owner responded to me and, yes, I should have checked the website. It's not about the brand I was looking for; it was about how I was passed on from one salesperson to the next; about the feeling I got when visiting a shop we used to buy from in the past. I have sinced updated from a 1 star to a 3-star review.

I had a really good experience with VOS Gunshop throughout the whole process. From the quality study material, to the friendly and knowledgeable trainers, everything was well structured and easy to follow. A special thank you to Di-Marie for her assistance — she made the process so much easier to understand and clearly explained each step along the way. I truly commend the team for their excellent service and support. Highly recommended!
