Vredenburg Dierehospitaal Weskus Veeartseny )

I just want to say Thank You so much to the Dr Jacobs that worked the after hour shift at Veldrift animal hospital. You were absolutely amazing and a hero in our eyes. You helped and gave advise and showed real love for our little girl Lilly. You saved her life and I would recommend you to everyone I meet. Thank you thank you thank you!

I’m incredibly grateful to have found this veterinary clinic. Unlike Precious Vet, who presented sterilization as the only option for my Yorkie, this vet took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and offer a thoughtful, less invasive alternative. The care here has been outstanding—compassionate, patient, and clearly focused on what’s best for both pet and owner. I felt heard, respected, and truly supported throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality, empathetic veterinary care. The reception staff are a perfect fit for this hospital. They were the first to show genuine empathy toward me and my Yorkie, setting the tone for the entire visit—and it came as no surprise that the Vet was just as exceptional.

I took my Dusty there a week ago (Dashhond) to be checked out. He just stopped eating entirely and became weaker and weaker. I took him to this Vet urgently. They gave him 3 injections which helped temporarily, but more importantly they informed me that my baby had a heart condition, a weak heart. The Dr on site, a white young gentleman, was very sincere and thorough and took no time at all the diagnose my pooch, and prescribed him heart medication. I'm happy to report, my baby, a week later has a spring in his toes and cute wet nose all the time. The Vet was very professional and helpful for a weekend visit. Not bad prices at all compared to cape town Vets. I do recommend.

Firstlyi regret my earlier, negative revie which I have deleted. My fur child and I have been through hell the 18 months and I wrote it when I was emotionally broken down. Having thought about it, I appreciate what you did for my fur child even though you could not offer physio etc. I have contacted the physiotherapist that you recommended Thank you.

Best and friendliest people i ever met caring for your furry friend as if it's their own pet. Explains everything that is needed to be explained.

Quick and professional service recieved. Friendly, caring and helpful people.

Dr Jacobs was very kind and caring to my four-legged fur baby, not caring about the fact he was getting covered in faeces when our dog was admitted with diarrhea when trying to recover from a bowel problem. His tender approach and care was very welcome and made it easier on me to leave my dog at the hospital for further treatment.
