Pet Pool & Home Waterfall

I have been looking for really good food for my little shitzu, i use very high end food but when I looked at the ingredients I wonderrd if I couldnt do better. I came to pet and pool yesterday and Tubal met me by the door and gently shadowed me incase I needed help. I was on a mission 😄 then somehow instinctively showed me a brand called Brit, i took n photo of the ingredients ( to zoom in so I could read them😉)and he patiently went through them with me,( with a few other brands aswel) and explained it to me thoroughly. They use amazing ingredients!. I went home and researched. What an amazing help he was! Brit seems like amazing food having in it exactly what I wanted! Thank you Tubal for your kind help and pet and pool for stocking Brit. I am here to buy my first bag! And thank you for telling me about it!

I was in the store the other day and the assistance I received was outstanding. Specifically 2 employees: Zamile & Lihle we're so very helpful choose the best options and saving the most money. Zamile and all the other staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Going in to get dog food and going out with a lot of extra things I didn't know I needed. Great experience in the store. Go in once and you will have a new pet store. Great promotions and quality products.

😡 Super disappointed with Pet and Pool-Waterfall! Went to buy dog food today and was told by the guy at the till that I get FREE R30 airtime vouchers, I told him that I don't want the vouchers but he insisted that I take them because they are free and then said I can gift them to someone. When I got home and looked at my receipt, I noticed that I had been charged for them. 😡. Not only that, I was also tricked into buying a R2 sim card just to be able to use the vouchers 🙄. Total rip-off! I Won't be back; honesty is everything! 🚫

Walked in on a public holiday and had the best service from Tula. Not only did he have a bit of a leg injury/ limp but he managed to assist with my many requests and assist me at the pay point right up to the car.. best service and great selection of pet foods/items / deals

I visited pet and pool waterfall this morning, i was assisted by the guy he's name is Lindo. He was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit the shop again.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is always spotlessly cleans and we'll stocked with a good variety.
