Dis-Chem Pharmacy White River Crossing - Mpumalanga

Arrived 2:58pm on Sunday to purchase an emergency item, and the Securtity lady just slammed the door closed on me face. Disgusting behaviour Will not be supporting any Dischem again.

The pharmacy staff and isle staff are very helpful. The cashiers on the other hand, sometimes don't even greet you, they are always busy chatting to the cashier next to them. I once had to say hello 3 times before they responded. I always say 'thank you have a nice day'. And their response would be 'okay'. Usually people say 'thank you. You too.' They also never ask if you want to use your available points. I didn't know I had R120 available on my rewards card until I saw it on the till screen by chance.

Second time at this Dischem and I for SURE will not return again. The cashiers are extremely rude, I don’t think they know what respect is. My very first time they were having a big chat about my boyfriend and I in their language in which my boyfriend understood on top of it they were laughing. The second time round the cashier that assisted me was laughing and told the cashier next to her about it while I was just standing there and they laughed together. I was embarrassed and left there feeling disappointed. Dischem at White River Crossing does not know how to treat customers. I def would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Some of the pharmacists aren't always very friendly. But I guess they aren't there to be nice.
