Review for Absolute Pets I had such a wonderful experience at Absolute Pets thanks to a lady named Prinsess. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome. What really stood out was her generosity—she offered me free samples of dog food so my dogs could try them before I committed to buying. That thoughtful gesture showed how much she truly cares about both pets and their owners. Excellent service like this makes shopping at Absolute Pets a pleasure, and I’ll definitely be returning.

After opening the product I incorrectly purchased, he still went out of his way to make sure I could come in and exchange it without a hassle. He was friendly, polite and very understanding. Abolutely the very best service from Mpho at the Woodlands branch. Remembered our last purchases and went out of his way to assist with tracking down our vouchers. Also really patient and knowledgeable about cat foods and accessories. Thank you for the good advice and assistance wrt our new kittens.

I am SO glad that I now have an Absolute pets close to home. I used to drive 20 mins out of the way past other pet shops to go to your Hillcrest branch. Furthermore the gent that assisted me this morning was super friendly and helpful. He made a point to come and greet me and assist me. Great service as Always.

While I had a bad experience here when I tried to exchange an item and was not helped, someone from management got back to me personally and asked me to come in to rectify the situation. I am grateful that I was contacted directly and assisted in store. Thank you for reaching out to me promptly and dealing with me kindly. Please put a disclaimer up somewhere about your returns policy regarding returning an item after damaging the packaging so that people know not to do so.

Staff are rude and uninformed.proces are expensive. 100m into the center is another pet shop that is cheaper and the gentleman is amazing
