Fabulous Pet Shop Parkrand is our go-to for grooming, and we couldn’t be happier! Ask for Melissa she is absolutely amazing at what she does — her love for animals, gentle nature, and incredible attention to detail make such a difference. She’s not the owner, but she sets the bar high, and the rest of the team could learn so much from her professionalism and passion. Our three dogs always leave looking their best and feeling so relaxed. Melissa treats every pet like her own and is just as kind and caring with the clients. Her warm, friendly attitude makes every visit a pleasure. The guys on the team are also great — it’s clear they work hard and care about the animals too. Huge thank you to Melissa and the team for always going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Absolute Fantastic service from Fabulous Pet shop and grooming Parkrand! My dogs are groomed well and always come out looking brand new. I do appreciate the lovely service for the girl that helped me fit on their jersey's in store making sure they not to tight or to loose. I have two beautifully groomed dogs with snazzy jersey's ready for the winter season. Team definitely needs to be rewarded for their remakable service. See you guys soon!!!

I won't be supporting Fabulous Pet Shop again. Purchased a Dog's Life jacket. Dog's Life products are of a high quality and as such you pay a premium for them. Given that fact, we weren't 100% sure if this would fit our dog, even though we have measured her. We asked if we could bring our dog to try it on quickly. We were told by the shop assistant that we could not try on Dog's Life products only cheaper products. We were also told we could not come back for a refund or an exchange, which are the instructions of the owner. Which is against section 56 of the CPA. Of course when you ask to speak to the owner they aren't available. Took the chance on the coat and luckily it did fit, so we don't have to deal with Fabulous Pets again. Take your business where its valued in Boksburg.

There are so many pershops in Boksburg so we go to Fabulous Pet Shop just for Melissa's service. She always goes out of her way to assist.
