Bakery staff was racist, making racially antagonizing remarks and imitating Kung Fu fights and noises everytime I walked passed, obviously trying to make fun of my Asian ethnicity

The service at this store is appalling! They have no sense of customer relations or service. They have extremely absurd rules that i have not seen in any other Shoprite and that directly affects the wait time of the customers. Extremely dissatisfied.
Cashier by the name lerato is very disrespectful, this past Saturday 2/4/2022 while I'm at home to see my parents I decided to pass by around 3pm to get few things for my parents... I've never been disrespected by a cashier like that in my life, I could have made the situation more difficult for her but I chose to let it slide. I hope her manager sees this post and teaches her a thing or two about Customer ustomer care
They could do much with a bit more of space because gets too full so much, sometimes puts few tellers and that works against number of clients in the Shop
Very packed. Service slow. can use with a bit of cleanliness
