I visited this store on 20 December 2024 to purchase a 20 kg bag of dog food, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There was only one staff member available to assist customers, which made it difficult to get help when needed. To make matters worse, there was a long queue at the till, and the checkout process was painfully slow. On top of that, there were no trolleys available, which made it nearly impossible to carry such a heavy item to my car. It felt like the store was poorly managed and understaffed. I won't be returning anytime soon.
What an absolute pleasure to shop at your Northridge Mall branch. Best service! Such an amazing lady working there. The shop is also nice and cool.
