What ever happened to the CLIENT SERVICE section of the induction course for new personnel? Or did it never exist? I liked a big carpet which was hanging up, no visible or even hidden price tag, so I looked for some help, found 2 guys chatting, asked for a price one of them turned to another 2 guys and spoke in a language i do not identify with. I did manage to understand, by the tone of the conversation, that there was an argument about who should help me, and not in a good way.... none of them were keen to help me. I walked away saying " look, don't bother to help me". The next guy i saw, I asked him where i could find the manager. He told me he is the manager. I explained what had just happened and instead of being the manager who would immediately tell me to walk with him so he could get the price for me, he just said " Apologies for the inconvenience", and watched me leave. I mean.... what the actual....... dear makro, please employee me to run a decent training course for your entire floor crew, right from the manager down to the last worker. Is this what we can expect from Wallmart?
A huge thank you to staff at Makro Centurion. This morning I took my aunt (89) to buy a new mikrowave oven at Makro. From the time we entered we recieve friendly attention from staff. The person responsible for the mikrowave ovens listen to what her requirements were and recommended one. Unfortunately, as we opened it at home, the glass plate was broken. We returned it to Makro. Again, just the best service. At refunds, they offered my aunt a chair while they were sorting the problem out. Then someone from applianes came to fetch us. I picked up the box and went to the till. Again, the same helpfulness. The teller gave my aunt her chair, while a senior staff membed help me unloading the box and checking thxt everything was ok. Thank you all.
I ordered and paid something on Thursday, afternoon, today we phone the shop 10 times could not get any help, drove to the shop get someone to assist us, 15:50 we got delivery of 61 kg they got 1 man and 1 woman to carry the washing machine, not even a trolley, rude as can be. The store manager was not of any assistance, in the picture you can see the customer is carrying the tumble dryer and they just watching

The place for all your needs under one roof. The variety of goods is endless. The quality is excellent. Bit pricey on some items and others are bargains you do not leave behind. Ques are sometimes annoying but the service at the tills are good.
