Always the best service! Attendants are friendly, proactive and always try to avoid making customers wait long when servicing other clients who may need more information/guidance. When items are not in store, they make contact as soon as available. Thank you, ladies! It's always a pleasure visiting the store.
Phoned in to ask whether they could wait to close the store as I was running late. The store closes at 18:30. I was told that it was not a problem and they would happily wait. Drove as quick as I could and arrived at the store at exactly 18:35. The lights were off and the entrance was locked. Thank you for letting me drive to your store knowing you would leave before I arrive and thank you for the terrible customer service. You just lost a returning customer, and I will make sure to advise other potential customers to find another petstore.
Absolutely love this store. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and advise based on your dogs needs. Not just willing to sell you on anything if it isn’t suitable for your dogs needs. Highly recommend!!!
We received amazing service from Elisa today. She really took an interest in our pets and we enjoyed chatting to her. Super knowledgeable! We will definitely be back to buy more kitty stuff.
I am so disappointed with this stores sevice I have ordered dog food 4 day ago the people from the store phoned me yesterday saying the food will be there today just to find out today when I phoned to go and pick it up that they don’t even think it will be there today, why then phone me to tell me it will, and not even trying to find a salution to the problem. Highly disappointed and do not recommend
