Food Lover's Market Richards Bay

My family and I love stopping by Food Lover’s Market. It’s one of those places that makes grocery shopping feel fun instead of a chore. The fresh produce is always bright, colourful, and really fresh, you can tell they take care in picking quality fruit and vegetables. They also have such a great variety of foods. From meats, fish, and cheeses to deli items, bakery goods, sauces, and even specialty ingredients, there’s always something new to try. My family enjoys exploring the aisles together, and the bakery smells amazing, their breads and pastries are always a hit. The store is clean, well organised, and easy to walk around in, and the staff are super friendly if you need help finding anything. It’s also kid-friendly, with snacks and colourful displays that make it fun for younger ones, and the layout is wheelchair accessible, so everyone can shop comfortably. Overall, Food Lover’s Market Richards Bay is a great spot for fresh, quality food, discovering new ingredients, and shopping with the family. It’s definitely one of our favourite places to stop when we’re in town.

No problems with the store. Usual Richards Bay. But please can you appoint even if it is a cleaner lady to answer your phones. Give her an upgrade. Let her sit behind a desk and just answer phone calls. Calling whole day but no reply.

Insufficient tellers . It's an ongoing problem. Waiting in queue for 45 minutes. Elderly pensioners . Tellers not customer friendly. More gossiping with fellow tellers than providing service. Very poor customer service

Absolutely disappointed. Bought a full chicken, and it is expired, smells disgusting. It's not even close to the expiry date. Disgusted and disappointed.

Great prices as always. Good fresh produce, my go to for my weekly produce runs.
