Hyperland Cliffs

Customers are not valued as I took a lotion that I saw on the shelve for R43. It scanned R54. I queried it and one of the managers was rude and unprofessional. He called the staff who packed the lotions and showed him that the lotions were in the wrong place. I asked what next as my colleagues were waiting for me outside the store. The manager said that is the price and refused to discount the item to the price I saw it for. I told him if it was a reputable store like Checkers Pick 'n Pay etc, I would have got the item at the price it advertised for. He said I wanted the item for free yet I was paying for it. It's an insult since I am an Indian female. It became an argument infront of the staff. There is a principle factor that the price I saw the item advertised at isn't the same price it scanned. The manager violated my right as a customer and insulted my integrity to say that I wanted the lotion for free!!! I doubt that the managers of this store will bother about this review as they have many other customers. It's prove me right that it's better to shop at reputable stores as customer service is a priority. Store: Hyperland Cliffys, Alrode, Alberton

Wow what a beautiful store, friendly staff. Excellent service. Store fully stocked for all my grocery requirements, fruit and veg fresh, butchery Excellent prices and range, take away and Bakery great. Fresh bread baked daily. And the total store has very reasonable prices compared to other supermarkets. A definite monthly shopping place for me. Well done OK Grocers.
