L’Opera – Waterfront Restaurant & Café | Knysna Quays

This is my place to go if I want decent coffee and decent lunch at an affordable cost! , The weekly specials are always nice. The food is always good here and the staff are always friendly and never got my order wrong. I've been there many many times I've lost count, hence why the pictures are different foods. Location is ideal and will keep coming back. Still good as ever

The absolute best best best! I’m so happy we found this place. Now we have our new regular spot to stop at when in Knysna. Their place at the waterfront is stunning, it’s so nice to get a seat either inside where it’s cosy and warm and welcoming or outside where you can look at the boats. The service is excellent and the food is amazing. What I really enjoyed was the price for value. At the waterfront, sometimes things can feel unaffordable and this place manages to merge excellent food and service with very fair prices. The food we had was the best we’ve had at a restaurant in a while and the hot chocolate and orange juice were perfection. Can’t wait to come back!

Wednesday special was calamari and rice which was really good! Was nervous about being the only customer in the restaurant, but the food was good. 2/5 atmosphere as the waiters seemed lost and bored while waiting for customers. Surprised that the food was so good - CHECK PHOTOS.

Fabulous spot on the waterfront, views of the yachts and canals. Wian, the chef, was very good he detailed all the meals to us. The quality of food is high and the portions are above average! 10/10 would go back!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. Warm and cosy. We had the most delicious cappuccinos and cake. Let me tell you this is by far the best Cheesecake and Chocolate cake in Knysna! Would definitely recommend stopping here.

Casual cafe at waterfront area if Knysna. There’re some cafe which serve breakfasts but limited. This cafe is opened from morning. Enjoy a cup of coffee at the waterfront.
