Proud Hounds

Myself and my pug moved back to South Africa 6 months ago. Heading back into an office environment had me worried that my little guy would potentially battle a bit. Kerry assured me that there was nothing to fear and that he was in safe hands. My boy absolutely loves the team at Proud Hounds! He has even done a sleep over on the weekend. Could not recommend it more!

I have only good things to say about Proud Hounds. Kerry and her team care deeply about our dogs and work so hard to make sure that they are safe, happy and cared during the day. The evidence is definitely in my doggo who is always so excited to get out the car to see to his friends and the guys. In the afternoon I have a happy, stimulated and well socialised dog. I get lots of compliments about how well behaved he is and I believe a large part of that is the work this team does in making sure our dogs are well cared for and happy during the day.

In August of last year 2024 one of their drivers rear ended me..... Ive sent my papers to their insurer with no response not even a claim number. The broker don't respond and when i go to the office the owner tells me she's advised not to speak to me.... If i can get the relevant department to deal with I'll be satisfied... I've tried for a whole year to get some correspondence......

The Proud Hounds doggie day care is the best in. They have smart and friendly guys who know how to take care of dogs.

I took my dog for a walk like I do every morning at a park by Wembley square, how ever when I arrive I see the proud hounds car there and then the dogs are all off the leashes and charges for my dog that is on a leash . The park isn't yours and your staff don't care too !! They don't even answer when I call and email !!! Doesn't that show you something.....

Willow absolutely LOVES Proud Hounds. He gets walked around the neighbourhood daily, plays, gets one on one attention and naps- all under the watchful eyes of the gentle, calm and thoroughly trained staff.

The Proud Hounds team takes such good care of our pup. The owner, Kerry, is friendly and attentive, and the rest of the team is also super professional and caring. The setup is very convenient in terms of drop-offs and pick-ups, which is an added plus. Overall, we have no doubt that our dog is in great hands.
