Poochy Coo - The Ultimate Doggy Daycare & Hotel

We had a very unfortunate incident that took place two weeks ago and sadly neither the owner nor the groomer wants to accept any responsibility. The VET confirmed that the clipper used was too hot and burnt our Shih Tzu under her chin. It caused a small blister, she started scratching. We are at a R3000 Vet bill now and our poor dog has to wear a cone until completely healed. It is sad when people don’t want to accept any responsibility for a small mistake. I had no expectation, than to get refunded for the Grooming session which was R600. The owner only offered credit to be used at her business, which we will definitely not return to. I highly advise not to support this business.

This was Beans' first time staying at a doggy hotel and I was quite stressed worrying about how she would handle it. The Poochy Coo team is just amazing! The daily video updates I received showed her having the BEST time! I dropped off a chubby pooch and with all of the activity and lighter diet (at my request), I got back a happy, trim and healthy girl. Poochy Coo will definitely be my go to from now on, because it is very clear how much they care about your pet... and Beans just LOVED it. Thank you team Poochy Coo! You guys are awesome.

The best dog walkers/doggy daycare in Cape Town - hands down! My pup can never wait to get to daycare and is honestly in love with the staff at Poochy Coo! They are extremely professional, friendly and always happy to help. My pup goes on the best adventures and always comes home happy and tired from playing with his mates all day.

We were extremely cautious when choosing a daycare to send our very needy pup to. We looked for a place where he could have a safe space to socialize and adventure all while being loved by wonderful humans who treat him as their own. At My Dog's House all of our expectations have been exceeded and has become our fur-child's home away from home. Craig and his passionate team go the extra mile to ensure that our little guy is ecstatic to get out of the car for daycare each morning. Highly recommended!

Poochy Coo is by far the ULTIMATE doggy professionals and beyond! A typical day includes playtime, naptime, a mountain/beach walk, old and new friendships. Our fur baby has been under their wing since a young age and has never been more excited, happier, physically and mentally stimulated, loved and cared for. Trusted owners Nikki and Craig take care of "Benny Wenny" as if he's one of their very own. Reassurance every pet owner needs especially when we can't always be around.

I was very happy with my 2 doggie’s stay at Poochy Coo. They stayed for 3 nights and I got video and photo updates off their stay. They had great fun and made some friends. When I collected them the afternoon, they were exited and happy. They were calm and relaxed when we arrived home, which I appreciated a lot. Will definitely send them again.
