I DONT recommend them. without my permission they shaved off my Pomeranian fur to the skin, they couldn’t come on time and came late in the night in a hurry they rushed the whole process. I highly DONT recommend them so un professional it’s frustrating to see my Pomeranian looking skinny.

1st time I stood to look at what they do & they’re so incredibly slap dash about everything. They barely spayed my dog with water & towel dried her & certainly didn’t use conditioner as advertised. Then the guy went on to lie to my face and say he brushed her teeth. I had to beg them to brush her teeth. THEN they proceeded to maim my poor dog’s flesh when cutting her toenail. No grinding at all, they just use normal dog clippers. Horrifying to see how low-effort and shortcut minded they are. & I would have never known if I hadn’t stood to watch for myself. Disrespectful and dishonest. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Absolutely the best groomers around. I have 2 VERY feisty boys, yet they were "in love" with these groomers. They were excited getting into the van and the way the groomers treated them, rubbed their bellies and talked to them, just melted my heart. They are absolutely brilliant. My boys looks beautiful and they are actually happy not grumpy as with the previous groomers. A million times over I'll recommend them. They were 100 % on time and so welcoming and friendly and the van was clean and pet friendly. The boys now have a SET Spa day forever. Thank you guys, you're really awesome and have a passion for what you do.

I’ve used this pet salon a few times and was generally happy with how they bathed my dogs. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The admin or owner seems to lack accountability, and punctuality is a serious issue. On two separate occasions, they completely missed my scheduled appointments. The first time, I had to follow up myself, only to be told they would be 2 hours and 30 minutes late. I ended up cancelling my plans and bathing the dogs myself. Despite that, I gave them a second chance — hoping it was a one-time slip. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up again. When I reached out, I was simply told to "practise patience," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I feel they charge to $$$ for not top quality service nicked my maltese couple times in neck area had to Take him to vet to get treatment the puppy they cut chuncks out of her coat and the pommeranium his face was not cut eqully both sides paid 900 for the 3 poochies and 1200 vet bill not impressed

I do not recommend these groomers they come 3 hours late in the dark. Cut my dog's nail so short and messed up the anal glands. When reported to the owner all he did was chat to the groomer who said the dog cried obviously if a dog is in pain he is going to cry I heard him cry all the way up on the 4th floor whilst they were busy with him on the ground floor. No follow up nor assistance. If you love your dogs please reconsider using these groomers.
