Dont know why you would send me a damaged rod twice, I received my first rod and it was damaged at the trigger I then sent a email with the photos and well i got a speedy reply with them booking the collection of the rod to replace it and i thought oh well sometimes bad things happen but the customer service seems to be great, but then they phoned me and explained they will send me a new rod and make sure all is fine, but the rod arrived today......now even wors it cracked next to the trigger on the rod itself, how did this even pass your quality check? The rod was packed nicely and tight inside the packaging with loads of bubblewrap and no damage to the package, so this should have been from the shop. Very disappointed 😞

A huge variety of gear, this store is like the Candy Store but for grown ups.... found some really great bargains in the clearance section. And regular priced merchandise well worth the price. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful... think I found a therapy store for the down days... happy shopping 🛍

You can judge a Company by how they handle their business when something goes wrong, and Basil Manning Durban has definitely shown that customers are their priority. The owners are genuine and I highly recommend this store. After sales support is excellent.
