I bought 2 angels. Fish are healthy and have settled well. I bought the small VIP tanks and it works like a charm. The pump filter clears the water perfectly.
Visited the store on 01/06/2025. I enquired about medicines for my angelfish but got an extremely unprofessional and arrogant response from the guy behind the counter. He said he doesn't know anything and I must try another pet store. Is this the standard of service that pet owners can expect from your store? Will never visit this place again. You guys used to be good.
Bought a plecostamus here and six guppies,one guppy died in a day and the pleco died in two,all my water parameters are correct,correct housing,correct food and they all functioning normally so it can't be stress
Very poor service from the guy on the counter visited store and showed so much arrogance. Will look else where for pet suppliers. Extremely rude.
