Hi. I was with Celeste yesterday when Adesh flat-out told her to remove her post "on order of management" or they would stop supplying her with products. The fact that this company threatens customers for posting honest reviews is absolutely unacceptable. If this is how they choose to operate, then the next step is reporting them to the Trade Commission. No customer should ever be intimidated or bullied for speaking the truth.

Qualipets has been a supplier of my pet shop. I would not reccomend using this company because they dont give you credit if they send you livestock and it is on the verge of dying,I sent them a video and photos of the fish where you can see what state they were in when I received them as soon as they arrived. They insisted that I should pay for them. Thats a way to treat a customer. Also it was not the first time I had a problem with them. Very bad customer service

After leaving a bad review a year ago about the service I get from them and deciding to support them again after the way the treat their customers they threaten me by telling me to withdraw my bad review or they wont supply me anymore.

When I approached Qualipet to supply my petshop when it was based in my home they refused. Only after moving my business to a commercial property they started to supply me. But now they seem to be supplying all home based pet stores which seems extremely unfair. As for their staff, extremely rude and unprofessional. Sales reps never answer their phones.

I heard excellent things about this place so naturally when I decided to get a fish tank, I wanted all the stuff required, from here. I called in & a lady answered, who couldn't even provide me with prices because "the man who gives the prices was NOT there". I wasted 7 phone calls to this place. I used the after hours number as well. My calls & Whatsapp messages went unanswered. Such pathetic customer care shows that these people don't value potential customers. NEVER again Qualipet. For the way you treat customers, not only have you lost me as a first time customer, but you've lost me as a future customer as well.
