RSB AQUATICS pty ltd

Spent weeks selecting my perfect goldfish only to be sent the wrong ones. I even sent photos to the owner who then reassured me he packed my order himself. The fish arrived lying on their sides because half the water had leaked out of the bag, which had also collapsed inside the polybox. There was nothing to secure the bag inside the box either, so they were just sloshing around in there. I see I'm not the first to make this complaint. Never ordering here again. Most disappointing customer service. Do better. If not for the customer, then at least for the fish.

I'd love to give 5 star but unfortunately with my last order a plant was not sent and the bag that had the majority of the cherry shrimp had leaked most of the water and air out, I hope they will survive! Unfortunately one shrimp was dead upon opening (I do understand stress can get to them) Besides that I've loved everything that had come from his shop, my cherry shrimp, gmo tiger barbs, plants, all healthy! They were very helpful and reassuring when I was Concerned. If only they were closer, I'd buy a lot more from them! their prices are amazing (always a special on something) I really do thank you!

Can't speak for everyone else's experience, but mine was great. Order placed in the evening, fish dispatched the next morning. All packaged well and arrived in good health. Will use them again. Thanks guys.

I really enjoyed shopping there and there were other customers that swear by RSB, staff were friendly. Fish and plants look healthy. Prices are reasonable will definitely be shopping there again.

Always been upfront and honest. Quality fish at good prices highly recommended.

Poor shipping. Pistol shrimp arrived dead and without the poly box which I ordered and paid for! Very very disappointed

I was very excited to find a stockist with red rainbow fish because they seem to be scarce recently. I paid over R1200 for 6 fish and delivery. These tropical fish arrived in an old box stuck right around with sticky tape in the middle of winter, overnight delivery. On arrival 5 were dead and the last one died by the next morning. Wrote an email a week ago and nobody bothered to answer yet. I feel most for the poor fish... please improve your shipping! If you want to charge extra for Styrofoam, add it to your website, I would've paid. No i have no money, no fish, not so much as a sorry.
