Always out of stock of the most common things, always advising you go to the larger store. How about the manager order more stock or order more frequently from their DC. It's frustrating to come here and have to go to the other end of town, for figure plugs or basic things.
Very neat, staff willing to help, although we could not find what we were looking for, the visit left a good impression
Attitude of store manager by the name of Thabo I don't think is the right person for that position rude.
Poor service. Cancelled my order twice because they didn't have stock. Website and this particular store seem to be two different stores.
Horrible customer service. They made me wait for a consult for the longest time, as if I’m begging for stuff. I’m writing right from inside the store.
Service isn't the best but otherwise not much to complain about
The staff the have a very excellent customer care. I was welcomed with smiles, I was well assisted they even carried the product for me to the cashier then to the Car. I will still go back to buy again
