Game Mossel Bay

I am walking through Game,looking for a built in oven & microwave combo. The lady is not interested in really not interested in helping. The guy at the TV's was interested in helped me. Nobody at the fitness for weights to help.

Shockingly incompetent online department person at Mossel Bay Game store. Please train your staff.

Thankyou kaylon Margo for helping me resolve my bennet read refund. I tried a few times to get help from the tevo department but to no avail.

This store will not have a good reputation after what happened today in the Langebaan Game Store. I forgot my cellphone inside the store and it was handed in at the refund desk. When I came to the desk the lady from Game told me that she did receive my phone and even describe to me what is on my phones screen safer and that she saw my name on the phone.When I asked where is the phone she started to search for it and after some time she told me that the phone is again missing. Someone from Game staff stole my phone and the manager refuse to investigate the situation.

I bought a new Bennett Read 8L Airfryer at Game which I wanted to return because it threw out an error code. Upon arrival I was busy with the lady at the return counter explaining my situation. One of the staff members, Olivia then came with a guy and his daughter , my problem was put to the side and they were helped before me but I was waiting about 25 min. This happend at about 11:20 on the 13 th of July 2024. The service here is terrible and I was also told that I had no choice to get a refund, they can only send I the product and replace it IF it's broken with one of the same brand. I am not satisfied and won't buy there any time soon

Cashier duplicated scanning on one item on special AND at the wrong price. 2x items now became 4x item meanwhile only two was received. Have to travel now 24km because of incompetent cashier. Having now to convince the Manager to WAKE-UP!!!!!
