Arya had the BEST Christmas break with El-Mari and her newfound doggo friends at Karoo Bed and Bark! This was Arya's first time boarding, as we couldn't keep her with us for our entire stay in the Karoo, and I was a bit nervous about leaving her. El-Mari was so patient and put my mind at ease by sharing regular updates throughout Arya's stay. You can tell she genuinely loves animals. Highly recommend!
Lovely place in a very secure property. The owner's own dogs are super social and make every guest feel welcome and part of the "family". I took my pup there for day care when I couldn't look after him and Charles and Amber (the dogs there) took such good care of him. El-Mari and Rosa love the animals, their needs come first
Great service and most importantly our dogs are in good nick. Thank you Karoo Bed and Bark.
Always on time. She's professional and have genuine love for animals.
