Jurassic Bark

Jurassic Bark is absolutely outstanding! Their professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable team gave us the tools to keep improving our dog’s training even at home. They answered every question with patience and taught us so much about our dog’s behavior. The support and transformation we’ve seen are incredible. We’ll definitely return if we get another dog—highly recommended!

Best experience foe my baby boy. We did the obedience classes first. We have now completed the Loose Leash walking. Watson is very happy. Jurassic Bark makes the training easy and effective.

I would like to compliment and thank Monique from Jurassic Bark on her spot on diagnosis of our furbaby. We went for a meet and greet session and she saw that something was wrong with our furbaby's leg. She referred us to a vet which then confirmed it so we are grateful that we caught it early and are able to treat it. The vet she recommended is also not judgemental of our active babies. Jurassic Bark is also very affordable, very patient and they have a great love for dogs so I would definitely recommend them for dog training and training advice. They are super great!

Extremely informative classes. This has been our second puppy attending these classes and will definitely do it again. I will recommend and refer Jurassic Bark to anyone who would want to train their little fur babies any time

What an incredible experience! The Jurassic Bark team is truly exceptional. We enrolled our Border Collie in their puppy classes and, a few months later, continued with loose leash training — and we were absolutely amazed by the results. Monique is outstanding: incredibly patient, supportive, and always ready with practical advice for any situation. Her guidance has made such a difference for us and our pup. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We’re so grateful we joined these classes!

Jurassic Bark Dog Training provides truly exceptional service. Their team was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process, offering clear guidance, patience, and practical advice every step of the way. Their professionalism and genuine care for both dogs and owners really stand out. I highly recommend Jurassic Bark to anyone looking for knowledgeable and dedicated trainers.

We had the most wonderful experience at Velocipups through Jurassic Bark in Silverton and Lyttleton with our pup, Alfie! 🐾✨ From the very first class, it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable the team is. Monique and Gert are absolutely fantastic — each bringing their own expertise and calm confidence to the group. Carina was a warm and reassuring addition at the Lyttleton classes. The Lyttleton classes being hosted at a vet was such a bonus. It helped enormously with socialisation, and it’s such a thoughtful touch that really sets the programme apart. Alfie is a real little "WildeKind" — their affectionate nickname for our rough-and-tumble little man! He definitely needed extra support learning how to moderate his play style and interact appropriately with other puppies. Monique and Gert went above and beyond, even using their own well-balanced dogs before and after classes to help guide and model healthy social skills for him. What stood out most was Monique’s availability and support outside of class. She was always accessible after hours and provided additional, tailored exercises to suit Alfie’s specific needs. The personalised guidance made a huge difference and showed how genuinely invested they are in each puppy’s progress. The classes were structured, practical and fun, with small groups that ensured individual attention. We watched Alfie, who came in full of confidence and chaos, improve his impulse control and develop much better social manners week by week. We can’t recommend Velocipups highly enough. Thank you, Monique, Gert and Carina, for giving our "WildeKind" such a fantastic start! 🦡💛
