Lize-Jeanne Coetzee Biokineticist

I have been training with Lize-Jeanne and her great team since end of November last year. The program and exercises that I am partaking in, has really boosted my overall strength with running and cycling, partaking in other sport activities, as well as other simple functions of overall life. My weekly morning sessions is a highlight of my week. Will highly recommend the practice to anyone who is looking to take their health to the next level.

I find everyone working at this practise very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I truly feel inspired whenever i walk out there, as everyone is so friendly and positive. It’s a wonderful training environment. I highly recommend them!

I enjoy every session at the gym. Appreciate professionalism, especially when coach pays attention to develop every muscle. Never knew before how many muscles of mine had been weak 😅My legs shape starts looking perfect!

After visiting many other various sports medicine professionals that couldn’t find the source of pain in my hips while running, I decided to visit the practice and try one last time to fix whatever is wrong. After a consultation and 2 months of fun, goal-oriented training and strengthening in an amazing environment with the biokineticists at the practice, I am running many happy, pain free kilometres for the first time in over two years! Would give 10/10 stars if it was an option 🤩

I have been attending since April, to try and become a bit more agile, as I sit at my desk all day and my muscles stiffen. Since I have been attending, I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my agility and flexibility. The professional, yet very friendly atmosphere makes a workout a fun session.

My daughter gets workouts tailored to her specific sporting needs. It is a professional environment in which to train and workouts are kept fun while keeping the intensity high.

Lize-Jeanne and Manjé run a very professional practice. From the very first visit I felt that I was in good hands and felt comfortable and well informed about the treatment. I get the feeling they care deeply about their clients and each person receives individualised attention and personalised care. They also interested in you as a person and treat you as a friend. The atmosphere in the practice is very uplifting and positive and one always feels good after a rehab session. I can without a doubt recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy biokenetists who genuinely cares for their clients.
