Dis-Chem Pharmacy Okavango - Kraaifontein

The pharmacy staff at Okavango Dischem are the BEST of all pharmacies and stores I've been to. They have great interpersonal skills and show genuine care to the clients. Even with holding good conversation, the service is most efficient and there is barely ever a queue. They've always had stock of all medication needed. Thank you for your great service!

They are well stocked and conveniently located next to the Woolworths I always go to. So naturally I use them as my primary pharmacy for getting my prescription. They also have a little clinic at the back if you need to see a doctor. I usually come do my Discovery Health checks here. Just remember to call in advance and make a booking or ask if someone is available to see you. Staff is generally very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding service given by Sineliwe (hope I got the name right). She Explained and prescribed a budget friendly item list for my toddler which I would have paid an arm and a leg to get a consultation with a Doc. Thanks a million!

Was assisted by Zak Neethling this morning at the Pharmacy. He gave me outstanding service. Thank you Zak. It is because of staff like you that I will drive further to come here. Please keep up your excellent service.

Worst service ever from pharmacy section. Always extremely slow and disorganized. Long waiting times even with no cues, no one ever answering the phone. I am considering to go to a different pharmacy for my monthly meds, despite being walking distance from this Dischem.

The retail section is not that bad. If you are in a pinch and just quickly want to pop in for some shampoo or toothpaste, it's an adequate establishment. Their health food section is a bit lacking, in my opinion. I would rather opt for the Dis-Chem in Cape Gate, especially if you are looking for health foods, etc.

Pharmacists and assistants are consistently rude and condescending. Every visit feels the same—unpleasant
