NS Property Solutions

I am taken aback at the service I have received from this agency and the agents. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Promised were made from their side which were not kept. I have had meetings with the agent and his superior due to the agent’s work ethic. I moved out almost 2 months ago and they still have not kept their promises. I am still being charged for matters which have been resolved. Please stay away.

I had the pleasure of working with Anton Jooste from NS Property Solutions as our rental agent for the past two years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We rented a house that was listed by Anton, and from the very beginning, he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He went out of his way to ensure everything was in order, from the initial viewing to our move-in and throughout our tenancy. Anton is not only professional but also genuinely caring and dedicated to his clients. He was always available to address any concerns, answer questions, or assist with any maintenance requests, making us feel valued and well-supported throughout our stay. His commitment to providing excellent service is unmatched, and his approachable and friendly attitude made working with him a real pleasure. I genuinely and wholeheartedly believe Anton is the best agent at NS Property Solutions. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to ensure your rental experience is nothing short of outstanding, Anton is the person to work with. Highly recommend!

My experience as a first time home owner was horrible,, I viewed a home in Matroosfontein and immediately made an offer which was accepted. After a few days of messaging Moyra with her failing to send through the OTP, she finally sent it and tried to rush me to submit it. I had an attorney read it and then submitted it the next day. Anyway my suspensive conditions were met the 25th of Nov 2024 although the OTP says it needed to be met the 3rd of December 2024 which meant everything was in order right? Well would you believe that after being congratulated on obtaining my final bond, Moyra had informed me that 5 offers were accepted for the property, it then became a fight over which offer would be accepted and the house was awarded to someone that never even met his suspensive conditions. This was by far a terrible experience and I would urge anyone not to do business with NS property solutions. They will take advantage of you if they feel that you’re young and inexperienced. Moyra promised to get us another property so that I would report them but yet, she’s gone silent. Disgusting for professionals.

Anton from NSP rentals has been our rental agent for the past 2.5 years. I can honestly say that I haven't met a more hands on rental agent in my life. Whenever I had a question or problem he sorted it out immediately. He is always quick to respond and very helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It still feels like I'm dreaming. To buy a house, and sell my apartment in less than a week... that's the stuff dreams are made of right?! I will recommend Liezel Eitner anytime, whether you want to buy or sell, she will get it done! Thank you NS Property Solutions for your guidance and very friendly service.

With a short notice move to Scotland I needed to sell my house in Cape Town quickly. My agent Liezel from NS Properties was amazing, I literally handed her my house keys and left to my new home. She handled everything on my behalf (more than we thought would be needed initially), keeping me up to date constantly until the house was sold. Thank you Liezel, I could not have done it without you and NS Property Solutions.

The best ever experience. Moyra de Lange goes the extra mile for all her customers. My 3rd property with her and that says it all. I can realy recommend NS property Solutions and Moyra and her team for excellent results.
