Rondebosch Common

Rondebosch Parkrun was okay. They are busy renovating and we will not be able to stop next to the road for a while until the running path is fixed. Very congested on the walkway. But beautiful and well organized

There’s a circular walking path that’s great for light exercise, and the area is generally well-kept. It can get a bit busy during peak times, and there’s not much shade, so bring a hat or sunscreen on hot days. Also, while it feels safe during the day, it’s best to avoid going alone after dark. Overall, it’s a calm and refreshing spot — perfect for nature lovers, fitness walkers, or anyone needing a break from the city buzz.

A place of seasons... from the welcome simplicity of "everyday space", to thoughtful reflection and deeper conversations under its open skies, where sheep once grazed, this accessible place is a literal and figurative breath of fresh air. Let it grow on you.
