Very organized place. Organized and marked parking spots, safe and secured with visible policing 24/7. A place to consider renting or buying a flat. Nice and quiet area for the most part.
Called this a home for several years and they were some of the best years of my life. The atmosphere was good, safe area, and the guards always willing to help. It’s within walking distance to various schools and shopping areas in the vicinity. Absolutely recommend.
It's a great complex with good security. However, it's sad that the body corporate does not seem to worry about the disabled as there is no functioning elevator or any way to get up😳
Neatly kept multi-building gated complex situated in a good neighbourhood. Close to Rondebosch, Bishops, and Rustenberg schools. Security requires guests to sign in. Limited visitors' parking, though.
Rondebosch Oaks are 1 or 2 bedroom apartments suitable for students. Closely situated to University of Cape town and the best schools in the country. The apartments are very well maintained and safe with a guard house and gates and entrsnce anxit booms and lots of parking bays.
