Arrie Nel Sammel And Walker Pharmacy

Great service always available for helping out customers. And very helpful and friendly

Well I'm very glad to say this is a very good pharmacy every one is friendly and very helpful been get all my family members stuff by them they are always willing to help and every one from the cashier to the pharmacist are nice if you want great service this is the pharmacy for you

Got verbally assaulted by a client for not disclosing my medical reasons for being there. instead of employees intervening and telling him that it’s confidential, one of them chose to continue flirting with this man and waving bye to him as he called me a witch. he was yelling throughout the entire interaction.

The most helpfull and friendliest people ever........service is excellent.....Thank you all.....

Thy were very helpful with what I was looking for and very happy with the service.

TL:DR Went in at 18:45 to get my wife pregnancy safe cough syrup that she needed urgently, they told me "we cash up at 18:45". So no they are not open at 18:45 like advertised. Wife urgently needed a pregnancy safe cough syrup as she found out ours was done, we see this pharmarcy is open, wife has been before, first time for me. The door is hard to open not sure why as it is cladded with the shop stickers but the door is open a jar, so I think maybe the mechanism is sticky so I push it open, I come in and wow do the people look at me as if I'm a criminal or something. I ask, "uh, are you still open?" they say to me, "we are actually cashing up". So no if you are wondering, unfriendly and NOT open till 19:00 at night. As I understand business you run till the closing hours and THEN cash up, but who am, what do I know.

Incredibly uneducated pharmacists. They haven't even heard of lactase pills, and say they aren't a thing in South Africa. This is despite all their competitors selling them.
