Soo disappointed with Game Paarl we bought a stove on Saturday and they kept on delivering to the wrong address despite us calling several time telling them and When I went to pick it up after a week this is what I found 💔

I contact Game 09h09 telephonic they inform me that the person working with Dstv streama box is not available they will phone back At 09h58 I call because because they taking to long The person inform me that there is a Dstv streama box in store I ask him what must I bring with he inform me only money When I arrive at the person inform me there is nothing at the shop The person even don't say sorry for messing my time I cannot believe that Game is bad in customer service and waste my time and petrol money

Very poor Service we ordered from uber eats some essentials before the shop closed yet my wife and I have been waiting half an hour now just to hear from the driver that the shop says they cannot scanned the products yet the money has been deducted from her account aswell as the shop closes at 3 and my wife ordered 20 minutes before the shop closed and no one at the shop had the decency to phone to say sorry the ordered cannot be processed yet we are waiting and now have to wait 3 to 10 days to be refunded very poor and shocking and since we have been waiting already more then half an hour for the delivery

The staff of Paarl branch must be one of the few crews that are actually helpful. Nowadays workers on the floor will notice that you are in need of assistance but will avoid eye contact as they are too lazy to help you. Even If the staff here can't find your item they will ask around and aid you. Thumbs up to management who are also always around.

This is a horrible Game. Not the first time I have issues with them. Its not even worth explaining. All I will say is dont believe any of the price tags even if its the only one with the correct description for the product on the entire shelf and dont for a moment think they will give it to you for that price as the barcode does not match but with the assistance of 2 Game employees, the barcode does not match anything on the entire shelf. Will never go to this Game again.

Horrible experience and customer service. Bought a fridge on 25 Jan. It still has not been delivered - 2 weeks later! Was promised delivery within 2-5 days. Have been calling them nonstop about it and they keep making empty promises. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Sometimes, their number doesn't work, and if it does there is a high chance they will just put down the phone while speaking to you. Avoid the frustration and rather not shop here.

Bought a 3*3 camp master cazebo Saterday, Sunday go fishing and small wind broke the legs returned it on Monday and want my cash back due to the bad quality of the product was told I need to wait for it to be repaired in 21 days I was badly burned by the sun and Nou thay do not want to return my cash do not want that scrap cazebo again
