Pom Pom Honde Salon

I completely agree regarding the terrible service at Pom Pom Doggy Parlour. I used to take my dog there, but ten years ago, she returned with severe bruising around her neck. The owner admitted to my husband that they use chains in the parlour. Shortly after that experience, my dog began suffering from epilepsy and eventually passed away due to their poor treatment. While I am glad some people have had better experiences, I will never, ever recommend them.

Poor poor poor service! They almost butchered my dog! Bleeding from her tone nails, shaved her that the blood was dry om the back of her legs! In my life will I never take my dogs there again! It was an upsetting experience!!!

My little baby gets the best treatment. And they take so nice care of my little baby. I will really recommend them they have so much love for the animals they work with.

Use to support them. Last week, my dog was returned with a sprained right hind leg. We informed them the following day and eventually ended up with a R900 vet's account due to the severity of the injury. At the vet, I also became aware of two other clients with the same complaint - right hind leg sprained after Pom-Pom visit. I phoned and informed them - they showed no compassion, or accountability, just which vet it was. After years, for the sake of my dogs, I'm taking them elsewhere.

My dog's skin was nicked several places. Half groomed , feet not trimmed. Style of cut completely wrong for breed. It doesnt seem he was bathed either...

Half cuts no proper grooming done absolutely dissatisfied

Great service an i am very satisfied with the service
