Some of the workers are not friendly & when you're ask for help they're quick to give you an attitude instead of listening to you. This is the second time I'm receiving such treatment. Last time sat for 6 hours and now it's 4 hours..All I ask is for them to listen to us & be patient with us.
Just like any other public clinic it is always full so patience has to be your strong suite however you eventually get assistance if you came on the right day because there are days for just babies and toddlers.
The nusers are so calm.and on the reception the staff help so good.i don't have any complain since last October till now.Keep up the good job
Compared to other clinics this one is in a good area. It has a lot of space and is quite beautiful. Especually the antenatal part of the clinic is amazing!
Absolutely amazing nurses in the Mother and Child department. Quality service and professional. Wish the Johannesburg clinics were more like them.
Bad experience with the sister, who is disabled. She works does the road to health follow-ups. She treats us like garbage. Mothers and babies. I dread going there.
Well organised clinic which also do booking appointments to manage and save time for clients. Clients do not have to stay long for the services.
