ER24 Bloemfontein

I called to report that my husband drove past someone ting in the road. The first lady that I talked with, was very friendly. Then a man phoned me back and asked if the person was ran over by a car. I told him that I don't know whether it was a car that ran him over or if he passed out but that he was lying in the road. My husband had 2 small children with him, therefor he let me know so that I can phone the ambulance. The man was very irritawhen I told him that I am not sure what happened and was just worried about this guy lying in the road in this terrible thunder storm. Hy sighed, said angrily that he would send someone out and dropped the phone in my ear. Absolutely awful experience. You are trying to do the right thing but it's a major inconvenience for this guy.

My mother has a brain tumor and we called a ambulance on 24 May 2025. The most unprofessional and disrespectful paramedics ever. Never have I seen paramedics treat a patient with such disrespect.

On the 28th December I experienced a heart failure. I contacted ER24 who dispatched an ambulance to a farm to assist and to deliver me to Rosepark Hospital. That day Bonganie and JP saved my life. My eternal gratitude to the gentleman and Rosepark staff who saved my life.

Thank you to the 2 gentlemen that took me to the hospital last Saturday when I was so sick and weak. My mom wasn't able to, because I was weak. Thank you to you for making me feel comfortable and being so nice to me. I appreciate it. Unfortunately I don't know your names. Keep up the good work, all of the personal!

On the evening of th 25th May I collapsed at home (20 Nantes Rd, Bayswater) and you arrived within minutes of my precious son's desperate call. Of all that I remember nothing but I know I was briefly conscious in the ambulance. Thank you for what you did to help me but the ONE thing that did the most to set my mind at ease was that you addressed me as "tannie". That was beautiful, comforting and caring. Thank you Ntate Thabiso Molaung and Ntate Bungani Ndada you where so help full and did a excellent service in the morning of 4 july at 02H00 when u helped me. You asked the correct questions and had a calm effect on me and your way that you stabilized me was so good. thank you .
