I always liked going there as i find the veterinarians are always so great. Graham is especially great with my dog so respectfully is the only reason i go there. However, I do find the Receptionist to be a bit offish and very unfriendly and does not greet, which i think is something that can be worked on. When i went home i said to my mom, the vet was so good but the receptionist there makes me so uncomfortable i don't really want to go back there, and my mom said she had the same experience there and asked me why i went to the mowbray one and not to the close to me in rosmead. Anyway my point is your receptionist is not so great. i have noticed a trend however i don't feel i need to mention that.
We had an excellent experience at our first visit at this vet. From the moment we walked in with our 2 hyper active spaniels, the calm and friendly receptionist made us feel at ease. Graham, the vet, was equally calm, engaging, and genuinely interested, making the whole visit stress-free and reassuring. Highly recommend!
Very nice and good vet Dr Graham, staff in back so kind and helpful and very Curtiss, front room Ladys are ever so nice, kind helpful and very friendly
What an amazing vet service. Always kind and concerned, quick to respond. Excellent admin. Lots of common sense. All round fabulous. We have been taking our dogs there for years.
The most amazing, friendly and helpful receptionists, Tanya and Michelle. Even in emergencies these ladies are on it. Our fur babies always feel safe at Mowbray Vet and just receive the best treatment from Dr Graham and Dr Kati. Would recommend taking your four-legged friends to them any time.
Dr Friedl was amazing and lovely with our little pup with his broken leg even though he was still in lots of pain. A comforting and knowledgeable source of helpful information and guidance. Much appreciated.
Dr Kati is thorough, patient and kind with my 17-year-old cat. Regular check-ups are reassuring and she also did a dental surgery and all went well. Easy and friendly to book an appointment and would recommend as the standard of care is very high.
