Your pet will be in safe and loving hands at this wonderful clinic. Both the receptionist and vet Tracy Dicks were compassionate and kind to both me and my puppy. It is evident that they are knowledgeable and thorough in their treatment of animals. The vet seems to truly love dogs which is such a bonus and my puppy absolutely adored her. Thank you
I’ve brought my Irish setter here twice, and both times he was treated with so much care and love, as if he had been their dog 🥰 Thoroughly recommended!
My mom's dog had a huge ulcer on her leg which started to bleed and my sister called to book an emergency appointment. When I' got there, I was told to wait outside. There was no reason for me to wait on the street. No-one came to check on my dog. The receptionist and the vet were chatting to a person in the waiting room about irrelevant things. When I pressed to have my dog seen to, I was told to wait until I was called. The woman in the vet had a small lap dog and was obviously paying more of a social visit. I decided that Megan the Vet doesn't treat her patients with any urgency. I had to rush my dog to the Animal Hospital where we were seen to within minutes. This shows you that small vets like Megan's can't help when you really need them. Rather it's a place to meet and catch up on the latest Obs news or other neighbourhood gossip. I think this vet has lost touch with reality and would rather spend her days feeding her own ego. I think she has forgotten that there are animals that are actually in desperate pain and need urgent attention. DONT GO HERE IF YOU NEED THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Friday 27.09.2024 was the 1st time I had interacted with this practice and its staff, and boy oh boy, what a marvelous experience it was. From Chad at the front desk to Dr. Megan, who performed the minor surgery (removal of a foreign growth/skin tag) on my 11yr old long legged Fox Terrier - Patches - I have nothing but praises for them. Chad assisted in booking our appointment earlier in the week, and that meant no waiting in long queues, which was my experience elsewhere, and that had often caused much anxiety with many dogs/cats filling a waiting room. Dr Megan was soft-spoken, warm, and had a very calming demeanor, which put me at ease immediately which in turn was sensed by my fur baby who also calmed down right away and was receptive to being examined, which by the way Megan did in the waiting area as she could sense my dog was unsettled in the new environment. After booking Patches in at about 10 am, the procedure she would undergo was explained to me, especially with regard to her age and the possible reactions she may have towards the anesthesia. I got a post-op feedback call with the reassurance that the op went well and that the 'patient' was waking up and I was able to collect her at 3 pm 😀 Patches was none the worse for the experience and back to her active self within an hour or two. All this special treatment at a very very fair price included medication, and the cherry on top was being able to use Snapscan 👏 You have gained a new client, and we will definitely be back for more awesome service! Keep it up, guys 🐕
Super nice and friendly people. Helped out immediately and could fix the issue my dog had! Really recommended
Wonderful experience — they assisted us with our cat and gave us all the information we needed.
I have been a few times and the service is always good. Great service at a reasonable price.
