After millions of phone numbers, preparing everything for months on end so that I can have things run smoothly. To finally arrive and be told I can’t be here without an appointment when my dogs flight is two days away and not one person said I needed to book an appointment. Very unprofessional, rude, they give no guidance and no help- which is government- what more you do expect? Overall disgusting humans who "work" there.
Fairly certain this place doesn't actually exist. Made an appointment. Arrived at the address only to find a dentist??? Tried contacting them for info on where to go with zero response... don't bother, go to Pretoria instead and don't waste your time
Absolutely no response on their switcboard day or night - Mondays to Sundays - nothing 😂😂😂😂shocking
