Germiston Veterinary Hospital

Dr Bob and his team took excellent care of our Yorkie, Gembi, during a very scary emergency visit. From the start, we felt reassured by their calm, compassionate approach and clear communication. Gembi received wonderful care and made a remarkable recovery in a very short time. We are deeply grateful to Dr Bob and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication.

I would like to say thank you to Dr Bob and his team for the excellent service to my cat Angie. Throughout her illness and right until today when I had to say good bye to my beautiful Angie they showed kindness compassion and provided excellent service thank you.

If I could give u 0 stars, I would! I only had R750 on me... My cat is peeing blood & has an extremely high fever. He is busy dying & u are more interested in money than saving his life! 😭 U turned me away without even looking at him. I hope that your child doesn't get sick one day & u get refused treatment in an emergency due to a few hundred rand that u are short!

Very bad experience. They tried multiple ways to charge me for unnecessary extras and made my dog seem sicker than he was. They wanted him to stay overnight, which I refused, and he was absolutely fine the next morning. I would never go back — there are far better 24/7 vets in the Northern Suburbs.

It is a pitty you can't give them 0 stars. Absolutely chance takers. Took our dog in for a check up, they diagnosed her for diarrhea, provider her with medication and what she really had was an infection of the uterus. She could have died. I was reading the bad reviews about this vet, not sure how they get away with this. Pathetic.

The staff were very caring and considerate. They handled my dog very gently. I would recommend them.

The vet Dr Martin Mahohoma is the best friendly the place was need and clean took my 7 year old labrador there on Christmas due he was in pain will recommend germiston veterinary hospital for anyone taking a pet
