The doctors are amazing, the staff are just as loving. I have needed this vet during some emergency situations and desperate ordeals and they are truly amazing My family have also always received amazing caring service from Wendy and her team. Thank you so much for always helping our fury family members ❤️

Always super helpfull I've been bringing my pets here for years

Deeply disappointed by the lack of care and accountability. We called early in the morning to request our cat’s blood results—no response the entire day. Our cat has a broken jaw and needed urgent treatment at a specialist clinic, which required these results. When we finally managed to speak to the doctor in the afternoon, she deflected entirely and blamed the receptionist. Totally unacceptable. Ironically, the receptionist was the only helpful person throughout. It feels like this practice is more concerned with swiping credit cards than actually providing care. We won’t be returning.

I had a wonderful experience taking my fur baby to be neutered. The vets and the staff are friendly and helpful if any advice is required. I will definitely recommend this place.

This vet lost a dog I had found wandering around. I kept in touch as agreed and after 20, yes TWENTY days, he just disappeared. I was told he went to the SPCA, I went to he SPCA and there was no record. After calls back and forth.. there was no trace. Extremely suspicious circumstances..

I love this place, but most of all my fur baby, Elijah, a.k.a. E-Boogie absolutely loves the treatment he is given. Whenever a specialist is needed, they make the appointment and the specialist comes to the office. They are always so kind and accommodating. Eli my fur baby has heart disease and they were the ones who told me and they have been taking such good care of him and giving me all the right medication and also very compassionate to me as I worry about my fur baby. His breathing is better now if you have an animal who happens to be a part of your family and you love them I recommend you bring them to Kloof Road Animal Clinic 🙏🏾🐶🙏🏾🫶🏾
