Netcare Medicross Krugersdorp

I am so disappointed at the service I have been receiving with @Medicross Krugersdorp. Firstly when you call, the ladies at reception are very rude and have no sense of assisting patient's. I then decided to go directly and find out if I can get my doctor to issue me with a prescription letter for contraceptives. Upon my arrival, I found both receptionist ladies chatting away with a visitor. I waited and waited and waited until they finish chatting and the gentleman was even embarrassed at the whole situation. When it was my turn to get assisted. The receptionist told me to wait for my doctor as there was a patient already been attended. She didn't create a file for me and so I thought that is fine. This was at 12:20pm. I went to sit with my son at the waiting area. We waited and waited and waited, unitl I eventually went back to reception again at about 13:10pm to ask why we are waiting so long. I was told the doctor is out for lunch and will be back at 2pm. No emphathy no explanation, nothing! Can you imagine that I am with my 4 year old son I just picked up from school who is hungry irritated and tired. This institution needs to be reported. This is not the first time I feel so mistreated and dissatisfied with their service from the moment you walk in the door. It is very sad that people when they apply for a job they promise to deliver but Medicross Krugersdorp staff I am not impressed at all. Needless to say, I was at the doctor and didnt get assisted, I have been calling and emailing with no assistance. I think it's time to find me a new doctor and service provider. I am sick and tired of Medicross Krugersdorp.

I have called this practice more than 5 times requesting sick note early January 2026. I was told the Dr is still busy with a pt understably enough. On my 3rd attempt they forwarded me x-ray report that I never requested. I followed up I was told the same story. To date 10th of March 2026 I'm yet to receive what I requested. Extreme poor service.

The staff were friendly, security as well. The cafeteria is nice, even if a little pricey. Before my father passed away he had a catheter changed and it was gentle and went smoothly, and my 3 year old daughter was born here. The Nurses and DR were amazing with mom, baby and myself. She was in ICU for 2 weeks, and thanks to the care of the sisters she came home before we expected.

I've been in agony with a sore tooth frim 29th Jan. I was told the dentist will return on monday 5th. I called, main receptionist answered and put me through to dentistry. No joy. The last time I called, I asked the receptionist, a gentleman, to take my number so the dentist's receptionist would call me back. (When not busy).He was very rude and told me he was busy with the Drs and couldn't help me. Seriously.

Avoid This Dental Practice !!! Poor Quality Work: Tooth repair broke after only 4 months. Root canal treatment was left incomplete with temporary filling - practice never scheduled the essential follow-up appointment to finish the procedure. Zero Communication: I was never contacted about their incomplete treatment OR outstanding medical aid shortfall. First notice of any payment issue was when they sent my account directly to debt collectors without any prior patient contact. I was forced to pay both their account AND attorney collection fees to avoid being blacklisted. Ongoing Problems: Still experiencing dental issues from their incomplete work and now need to pay another dentist to fix what they didn't finish properly. Bottom Line: Incomplete treatment, poor quality work, and unprofessional billing practices. Based on other reviews, sending patients to collections without notice appears to be their standard practice.

Dr Singh, the dentist, is terrible, if you want to have pain for a long time because of injections go to her. When you follow up after a tooth extraction, she asks her assistant to respond to your calls....horrible!!!

Hi, my overall experience with Drs and Srs is good. However I must say my daughter came on Monday and husband today both appointments were booked.We got there atleast 15 min earlier but my daughter was only seen 2hrs later and my husband today was seen today 3hrs later. I’d really appreciate if you guys prioritise appointments,there’s a booking system for a reason. And yes we are sick but have other things to do rather than sitting in the waiting area for hrs!!!!
