Netcare Krugersdorp Hospital

I was taken to casualty yesterday evening. From our first interaction, we were met with kindness and nurses who care, a doctor who took time to diagnose and chat. Absolutely the best trauma team. Pleasant, well mannered, efficient and they genuinely care. I have been to a few hospitals with taking my dad or my grandson most recently, from Durban to Jozi, I have never met a team as dedicated as the the casualty team are. It was an ER dept straight out of the movies and I cannot thank you all enough for the kindness shown. Its not often we see nurses and doctors of this level and I must commend you. I would like to sincerely thank the hospital staff for the excellent care I received during my visit to the emergency department. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, kind, and attentive. The doctors and nurses took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the procedures clearly, and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciated the thorough examination and the clear explanation of my diagnosis and treatment plan. The level of care, patience, and compassion shown to me made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I am very grateful for the support I received. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team involved. Your dedication and professionalism do not go unnoticed and make a real difference to patients. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at Netcare Krugersdorp Hospital. My son was recently admitted, and from the moment we arrived, we received the most caring and professional treatment. The nurses were absolutely amazing — compassionate, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. The doctors and staff worked together seamlessly, keeping us informed and reassuring us every step of the way. The hospital was clean, organized, and we truly felt that my son was in safe hands. Thank you to everyone at Krugersdorp Netcare for the excellent care and genuine compassion. It really made all the difference.

My 81 year old gran was admitted. Overall she said that the food was nice. And the care workers helped her when she asked. However, when the other patients bed’s was made up in the morning, her bed was the only one they didn’t make up. 🤔 so she had to do it herself.

Excellent, "above and beyond" nursing care and very friendly staff. The internet pre-admission made things very efficient. I dropped my husbsnd off at the door and went to park the car. When I came back, he was already in the ward. From the car guards to the admin, nursing, maintenance and cleaning staff, everyone greets with a smile whenever you pass them. A good experience during a less good time in our lives. Thank you so very much.

Storm (Gynaecologist), and I honestly can’t praise the experience enough. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. A Special thank you to the hospital staff who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for — I never felt like just another patient. Their warmth, patience and care made such a difference during my stay. Thank you to the MRI Department and Ampath staff for their outstanding service and care — you were all so gentle, reassuring, and professional throughout the process. The facility itself was excellent — clean, well-organized, and managed with such a high standard of care. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Storm, the Netcare Krugersdorp team, the MRI Department, and the Ampath staff for their incredible dedication and compassion. You truly make a difference! 💐💖

This is just an upgraded Goverment hospital! Unfriendly, un helpful, no bedside bell if help is needed, my sister had to call home for us to call the ward for help, 10pm lights out lazy boys out then its sleeping time for them! They get annoyed to bring a bedpan. Giving wrong doses of medication, if the Dr said half they give a full dose So if you have 1 drain in each lung, catheter, drip in each arm how do you walk to the bathroom, twice back to ICU they were good I can write a book of 3 weeks experience with this hospital!!!! Will share my experience with everyone and will advise not to go there. Just gratefull she came out alive, the road ahead will be at a other Hospital. One star rating is to much it's a 0.!!!
