Dana Bay Veterinary Clinic

What a desaster. Money money money on medication, I wish I can score them a 0. My best friend past away. They still want me to pay a bill after a follow up check. Never again!!!

We are new to Danabay and visited this veterinary clinic with one of our cats. They did a consultation, gave her some antibiotics and did some blood work which they sent to the lab for testing. They told us that they will have the results within a week. For these tests we paid R2700. A week later, after our cat's condition had not improved, we phoned Danabay Veterinary Clinic that insured us that they will call us back. However, several hours later after receiving no calls, we phoned them again and again they assured us that they will call us back. We waited several hours and eventually phoned them. They again. assured us that they will phone us back. However, the next day, after not receiving any calls from them, we phoned them with still no joy. They again assured us they will be calling us back. In my opinion this Veterinary Clinic lacks something incredibly important when it comes to animals. And that is care. They simply don't care about your animals., or for you as their client as a matter of fact. If you are new to Danabay, this might not be the best place to take your sick or injured animal. Please for the sake of your pets, and if you care about them the we care for ours, consider taking them somewhere else. We have a lot of pets and we were regular visitors to the vet in the area that we stayed. We know what proper care for not only animals, but customers look like, and trust me, Danabay Veterinary Clinic, doesn't make the cut.

We will highly recommend the Dana Bay Veterinary Clinic and their friendly staff. From Reception, where my pets and I was feeling very welcome, up till the capable doctors who attended to my pets, a visit to this Clinic has made me feel at home!.

Received wonderful assistance and advice regarding my Pug who delivered 6 healthy puppies(3 boys and 3girls).The veterinarian were hands on not only with Coda,the mother, but also the little puppies whom she fully examined and weighted to determine if their health condition were ok. Thank you for the excellent service delivered!

Awesome service, at 2.30 in the morning Henk met us at his vet clinic to attend to our precious scottie that was very ill, dedication, passion and friendly service, thank 😊 you so much

A nice village veterinary practice that will look after your pets, horses and cattle. Friendly staff. Veterinary prescription diets also available. Also has a vet shop that sells pet toys, leads, worm treatments etc.
