We drive all the way from Danabay to take our pet babies to Dr Frans and Dr Anthony and we will keep on bringing our pets to them. All the staff truly cares about animals, and that shows in the way they handle their clients and the fur babies. Daily updates, extra tlc when pets are kept overnight and just so understanding and caring. Thank you Hartenbos Animal Hospital for going the extra mile to make sure our pets are safe and healthy. This was such an amazing experience. My GSD is 8 years old, the vet took his time doing a more comprehensive exam than I have ever experienced at any other vet in 8 years. We spoke about precautions and current care, clear treatment plan and follow up options provided. I will drive down again from CPT just to visit this vet. I was referred by a family member after having spent thousands of rands at another vet in the wider Mbay area with no clarity or improvement on her dogs condition, only to have the problem diagnosed within the first visit. Friendly staff, great service.

This was the best experience of my life!! The doctor(s) are the most professional yet most caring I have ever come across! From the physical examination, microscopic and sonar diagnostic tools to the personal care and the way they made my 15yr old doggy feel... She came back after a big operation- not traumatized at all! She is back to her old self and 100% healthy now! The best of it all is that they are so affordable too... Definitely the best there is!! I am so 🙏 grateful- thank you again!

Dr. De Graaf is by far the best vet I have ever been to. My great dane , Moo, was more thoroughly checked than he’s ever been before and I am finally happy and confident for our immigration to the U.S 🙂 thanks so much docter, you and your staff were very sweet and thorough with my ponydog.
