Comfortable, clean place for 4 people with 2 small dogs. All you need with a pool and location great. Charlene very friendly and helpful.
Very impressed with the cottage. Spacious, very clean and neat. All the amenities are on hand. The cottage is on a large property and it is very private. Bed is big and comfortable. Large living area and a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to have the basics available like coffee and so on. The hosts are very friendly. Check-in and checkout is very straight forward, no issue what so ever. Very highly recommend.
The service was beyond 5 stars! We had an accident before we left home as my son hurt himself. As a result our trip was obviously postponed by a few hours. Their check in time ends at 10pm. We were initially scheduled to arrive by 9:30 for the latest but by the time we left, we estimated that we would now arrive by 4am. We called them to let them know what happened thinking they would just cancel. But THEY GAVE US OPTIONS! I was absolutely shocked! They asked if we'd be leaving the next day would we want to change our booking to that day, we said we were still leaving and would probably need to ride through the night. She then said when we reached Beaufort, we could call them and stay anyway. I let her know it would be between 3-4AM AND SHE SAID IT WAS FINE! We arrived at 2:30AM and were so happy to have somewhere for our 2 crabby tots to sleep. I am emensly grateful for the help after such a long and tiring trip! We really appreciate the hospitality! Also Netflix and Amazon were logged in on the TV in our room and it was much appreciated!
