Having visited their Offices today, I was thankful in not having to visit their old premises on the opposite side of the road where their building lift was slightly unstable. I had to fill in my information on the electronic security system what an experience. I then used the lift to Level 11 where I had to drop off KUSA documentation for attention of Rene Warne at AfricaWork’s Reception as KUSA does not have a Reception Desk on Level 14.

Visit their website only, it is so antequated, they have absolutely no empathy for the average dog handler, members who let their membership fees lapse have to pay a rejoining fee, so you could have been a member for 10/15/20 years but if you are 2 days late in paying for the current year you have to pay the fee, which makes that payment almost double. There was no concession for half fees during Covid when NO SHOWS WERE HELD. Just a necessary evil IMHO.

Kusa was very unhelpful when we tried to choose a name for our kennels. Almost no name is acceptable. You either have to be very creative or thumbsuck that will probably be take already. Apparently you can now name your pet anything and it will be considered a common pet name. When I tried to express my unhappiness, they did not do anything about it. I do not like the new regulations when choosing a name for your kennelregistration. Its absurd.
