Stay away from this company. The name of the agent is Thelma Kruger. It looks like she is the only there. She will be polite and kind untill you pay money. Then absolutely different story. She will lie all the time and scrutinize you for money. She asked us 40 percent more after we paid full invoice price. Without any reason. Otherwise she would never send our animals. She put our dog to a wooden box that fell apart during the flight and airlines had to replace it. Animals were absolutely stressed after the flight and dealing with this monster. Don't even think to use her so called "service"
Excellent service and takes great care of your pets in her care waiting to fly locally or overseas to their owners.
Knowledge of pet relocation and care for each fur baby is reassuring
